how ratings work

1 is the beginner level while 2 is for the people that know what there doing just don't know the more advanced rulings and could still use some work 3 is for the average duelist 4 is for the more advanced duelist while finally number 5 is for the most advanced players who know there rulings and have a good in general understanding of the game.
